Glenn Gaffney

Strategic and Technical Advisor

Mr. Gaffney has nearly 40 years of experience in developing, delivering, and investing in Strategic Technology with significant impact in both the economic and national security arenas.

Most recently, Glenn co-founded the NobleReach Foundation’s Emerge platform, focused on translating technology developed through US government funded research into new US companies and products. Emerge facilitates catalytic funding, provides commercialization assistance, and helps recruit experienced entrepreneurs to provide exponential growth. Emerge was established at In-Q-Tel (IQT) in 2021 while he was serving as an EVP at IQT. IQT is a strategic investor in ready soon technology benefiting both the US economy and National Security. Mr Gaffney served as EVP at IQT from 2017-2022. 

Before joining the private sector, Mr. Gaffney served US Intelligence Community for 31 years. 
His government service included senior positions as the Director of Science and Technology for the Central Intelligence Agency, the Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Collection, and the Associate Director of CIA for Talent. Throughout his career he has led new endeavors in tech development, operations, and analysis to address critical national security challenges.

Corey Hudson

Technical Advisor

Dr. Corey Hudson has worked in biotechnology, AI and cybersecurity for the past 15 years. He served as a Program Manager at DARPA and in numerous leadership and management positions at Sandia National Laboratories.

While working in global public health security, Dr. Hudson developed biotechnology data collecting, security and safety training for international diagnostics and biotechnology labs. As a program manager at DARPA he oversaw the Automated Molecular Design program and SBIR XL initiatives. As a staff and manager at Sandia National Laboratories, Dr. Hudson helped develop the fields of Digital Biosecurity and Cyberbiosecurity, combining his interests and skills in cybersecurity, data science and synthetic biology. He served as Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the Center for Computational Biotechnology and Genomic Medicine, a National Science Foundation Industry/University Cooperative Research Center, focusing on applications of genomic data and genomic data security.  His career has focused primarily on the analysis of anticipatory threats in biotechnology and the development of high resolution emulated models and secure responses.

Dr. Hudson received his PhD in Informatics and Data Science at the University of Missouri where he specialized in computation biology and advanced algorithms for biological analysis.
